Opening sequence conventions

• Starts off with title although its not necessary  the first thing you see
• Lists the main people in the film: Actors, heads of department, company that produced it and then the director.
• Usually starts of with music of some sort.
• set the scene, genre and general theme.
• Maybe a narration setting the scene.
• main characters introduced and personality and traits established.
